LaFollette Medical Foundation
TO SERVE THE HEALTH AND MEDICAL NEEDS OF THE
PEOPLE OF THE LAFOLLETTE COMMUNITY WHICH
INCLUDES ALL OF CAMPBELL COUNTY TENNESSEE.
The LaFollette Medical Foundation was created from the proceeds of the sale of the LaFollette Community Hospital. The purpose of the foundation is to improve the quality of life for people in the LaFollette area and in the community of Campbell County, Tennessee, by making funds available in the form of grants to approved applicants.
Mission Statement
To serve the health and medical needs of the people of the LaFollette community which includes all of Campbell County, Tennessee.
The Board of Directors of The LaFollette Medical Foundation, Inc. will meet on the third Tuesday of February, May, August and November. Grant applications will be considered in each of these four meetings. Applications need to be submitted to the foundation secretary by the second Tuesday of February, May, August and November.
The Board of Directors of The LaFollette Medical Foundation, Inc. requires that a representative from every grant application attend the quarterly meeting that their application is presented.
